It typically takes 1-3 business days before your account is approved. An Account Manager will contact you and through the onboarding process to ensure you are setup for success.
We do not ship internationally at this time. We are looking for distribution partners around the world to expand our reach and movement. Contact us at [email protected] for serious inquiries.
After you register, an Account Manager will follow up with you. Upon eligibility, you will be provided free samples.
We currently accept credit card payments (VISA, MasterCard, American Express).
We will provide a full refund of up to $5000 USD within 90 days if the products are unopened. If the products are defective, please contact your Account Manager and we will arrange for replacements.
